Allana participated for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013 and then was injured repeatedly to her knees that made Allana to retire from the field. She returned to rugby league after several years. Allana was the first woman to play in a match in the 2015 season of rugby league and was a star for New South Wales when they played Queensland.
